Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 is one of the most ambitious seasons to date with the introduction of NPCs. These NPCs can be found scattered around the map and have a variety of uses. They can assign players quests, initiate bounties for other players, trade items and weapons for gold, and some even offer players rare exotic weapons. Each NPC offers unique items and challenges making it important for players to learn what each one offers and where to find them. The Burst Quad Launcher is one such weapon that can only be obtained from a specific NPC.

Where To Find Fortnite’s Burst Quad Launcher

The Burst Quad Launcher can be purchased from Fishsticks, who is an NPC that can be found in two different locations. Fishsticks is one of Fortnite’s most beloved characters and is often used as one of the game’s mascots. He is easy to spot due to his bright orange skin and because he is a large walking fish. The map above shows both locations of Fishsticks as he can be found wandering inside Coral Castle and roaming around Craggy Cliffs. He will sell the player the Burst Quad Launcher for 600 gold bars.

Players may remember the Burst Quad Launcher’s older brother from Chapter 1. The deadly rocket launcher could fire four rockets at the same time that could deal a massive amount of damage to both players and structures. The overpowered nature of the original Quad Launcher has been dialed down in its newest version as players can only fire two rockets at a time, and each rocket only deals 42 damage to players. This makes the rocket launcher a tad more balanced while still offering quite a larger punch to unsuspecting players. Regardless of the slight nerf, the Burst Quad Launcher is a great weapon to pick up, especially since it only costs a measly 600 gold bars.
