What are major changes in this latest 11.4 patch?

Two of the main changes in the latest TFT patch of 11.4 are first for the systems which received a few changes for different stages of Lucky Lanterns and Chosen. Another set of changes were seen in the traits of several champions. As for the League of Legends patch, the entire roster of champions received a lot of changes in their abilities.
