Team Heretics Add European Players k1nzell, Packo & Miro

Spanish esports organization Team Heretics has added more Fortnite players to its roster.

K1nzell, Packo and Miro are the newest members of Team Heretics, the organization announced today. Co-owned by the iconic content creator, David “TheGrefg” Cánovas Martínez, this Spanish brand involved itself in the competitive Fortnite scene back in 2018. Players from Spain primarily occupied the team’s roster, including former FaZe Clan member Tom “Vorwenn” Baldrich Piqué. Team Heretics is now growing its roster with a two-time DreamHack Champion and two rising European stars.

The Announcement

The organization’s Twitter account officially welcomed its three new Fortnite players. “Welcome to your new home. We hope you make us proud!” Leading the way is multiple-time tournament winner Blaž “k1nzell” Lešnik, a true veteran in the competitive Fortnite scene. He notably won two solo DreamHack Open tournaments in two months last year. He’s joined by Chapter 2 – Season 5 standouts Packo and Miro.

Preparing for the FNCS

All three of these players have secured their spots in the FNCS Semi-Finals, which commences on March 5. Team Heretics chose the right time, considering k1nzell, Packo and Miro will be competing for a share of $1.35M USD should they reach the Grand Finals. They’ll have a well-established esports organization behind them on the precipice of this season’s marquee event.
