The fifth week of Fortnite’s Chapter 2, Season 2 is here, and dataminers have revealed the next set of challenges that fans of the popular battle royale title can sink their teeth into when they release on Thursday, March 19.
Season 2, Week 5 kicked off on March 17 with the release of the 12.20 Update, which brought one of the biggest changes to the game we’ve seen since the season started.
Players now have a brand-new way to navigate the island, with the Choppa appearing in-game after weeks of speculation, carrying four players at a time and allowing them to soar above the map for easy rotations, or simply allowing teams to hunt down enemies or loot as they work towards earning a Victory Royale.
As always, a new update means that data miners have been hard at work sifting through the game’s files in hopes of discovering new items, cosmetics, and events that will be added to the game in the near future, and leaker iFireMonkey has managed to find the full set of tasks for Week 6’s challenges named Meowscles’ Mischief.
While TNTina’s Trials were all about using explosives to your advantage, Meowscles doesn’t seem to have a set theme for his first set of challenges, with players set to do plenty of traveling across the map. First, they’ll need to visit Coral Cove, Stack Shack, and Crash Site without swimming, and will also need to open chests at Misty Meadows or Salty Springs.
Elsewhere, they’ll need to deal damage to Henchmen using Pickaxes, eliminate enemies with an Assault Rifle from 50 meters away, and kick a soccer ball 100 meters. You can view the full list courtesy of iFireMonkey below.
Forgot to leak these, whoops.
