Chapter 2 Season 6 of Fortnite has been out for a few weeks now, and the community certainly has showcased a mixed response towards it. While casual players seem to love the new island theme and weapon crafting mechanics, pro players and content creators have consumed the fresh content faster than ever. Accordingly, they’re expecting the developers to introduce some long-lasting changes to the game.
Amidst all the contrasting opinions, Epic Games has now revealed the LTM tournament schedule for Chapter 2 Season 6. They are not only a great way for players to showcase their skills, but to try out something different from the classic Battle Royale mode.
It is worth noting that all the LTM tournaments will be solos this season. The FNCS entirely followed the trios format, and the latest Spring Breakout cup brought duos action back to the game. Therefore, the LTMs in Chapter 2 Season 6 will finally let players take on each other alone.
Floor is Lava LTM returns to Fortnite
It won’t be on overstatement that Floor is Lava is one of the most popular LTMs in Fortnite ever. This is primarily because of its unusual meta, and it was also the format for Grefg’s tournament that granted the winners his skin.
Even then, a plethora of players had participated in Grefg’s Floor is Lava tournament. Hence, it is safe to assume that we’ll witness a similar response to the LTM in Chapter 2 Season 6.
Floor is Lava solos tournament will begin on April 11 and will take place across all the regions worldwide.
