Fortnite: All Season 5 Week 7 XP Coin Locations

Fortnite Season 5 Week 7 adds Green, Blue, Purple, and Gold XP Coins to the map, and this guide will help players find all of them.

The first batch of Season 5 XP Coins are now available in Fortnite, and players that are looking to make some progress on the current Battle Pass should make sure to collect them all. Indeed, these Coins grant a significant amount of XP when they are located, and there are a total of 10 of them to collect in Week 7. For those fans that want to streamline the finding of these Fortnite XP Coins, this guide is here to provide assistance with exactly that.

To note, while batches of XP Coins have typically been added to Fortnite‘s map on Thursdays, coinciding with the release of new weekly challenges, the Week 7 Coins debuted on Wednesday, January 13. This may leave some fans to wonder if even more of these collectibles will become available in the upcoming days, and that has not been officially addressed at the time of writing. That said, it seems fairly safe to assume that no more XP Coins will appear in-game until next Thursday, January 21.

Fortnite: Season 5 Week 7 XP Coin Locations

Gold XP Coins

  • 1: Directly next to the downed aircraft.

Green XP Coins

  • 2: On the wall on the eastern perimeter of Stealthy Stronghold.
  • 3: Next to the structure made from tree trunks to the south of Sweaty Sands.
  • 4: On a small island off of the west coast of the map.
  • 5: Near the water to the southwest of Misty Meadows.

Blue XP Coins

  • 6: In the water in front of the waterfall at Coral Castle.
  • 7: In the water between the islands in Lazy Lake.
  • 8: In the water south of Dirty Docks.

Purple XP Coins

  • 9: At the Weather Station landmark.
  • 10: To the east of Craggy Cliffs.

Something that is worth noting about this batch of XP Coins is that there has been a change to how Blue Coins function when compared to previous seasons. More specifically, it used to be the case that Fortnite players would need to break specific objects in order to uncover Blue XP Coins, and they will now need to look in various bodies of water instead. While this change is unlikely to cause many problems, it is something for veteran players to be aware of none the less.

Aside from this small tweak, the state of Coins this season is sure to feel very familiar to many fans. Indeed, players simply need to come into contact with these collectibles in order to pick them up, as they have in the past, and those that do will earn some easy XP toward Fortnite‘s Season 5 Battle Pass.

Fortnite is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
